This venue has a modern and bright atmosphere with a convenient location near the expo center, and the staff is genuinely helpful and attentive.

Comfortable, modern, nice hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I did not get seasoning for the room service nor did I get the jelly I asked for and finally the toast was burnt. Paid $33...not worth it. There were some ants in my room and I especially did not like that I could not close my curtains, because of that I was unable to sleep in.

The hotel is modern and bright, located conveniently near the Louisville football stadium. The rooms are spacious with large beds. They offer a variety of services such as a nice bar, free Wi-Fi, and a shuttle from the airport. I appreciated the pool area. The property also has a restaurant for dinner.

We were traveling across the country and were in a terrible hotel in Kansas City, so I studied the reviews for hotels in Louisville and I paid a little more to make sure we would get a good one. It was in a nice, neat area, the room was a suite and very spacious, the beds were super comfortable and had big fluffy pillows, and it fit my husband and I and our four children comfortably. The pool was great, esp. once we asked the staff about the rule that said not more than 5 people allowed, and they said they don't really follow that - not sure what that was. We didn't expect breakfast at all so we're happy to see the coffee and tea sitting out in the morning, and with real half and half cups - you appreciate these things after you've just stayed in a dump. Thank you!

The soap and conditioner dispenser were nearly empty. Also I never could connect to the wifi. My husband and daughter's phone did, though. Not sure why the hot tub was covered up - I would have used it.

No contenital breakfast, toilet paper holder was coming out of the wall, floors were dirty (made white socks turn black) & outdated menus.

Had a very nice stay during our weekend. Clean, great value hotel. Location was comfortable and marvelous, right by the airport runway and Louisville for the Clemson football game. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The room was beautiful and amazing with great TVs. Service was excellent, and the staff were very nice and courteous.

Had requested a crib in our room but wasn't there when we arrived.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

I guess a free breakfast would be welcome; but, most hotel FREE breakfasts are worth about what you pay for them. We were fine with everything.

Clean hotel with super friendly staff! The location is awesome - right by the airport for a good reason. Rooms come with really nice TVs 📺.

didnot know had to be specific on room with microwave and fridge was not happy about that. no breakfast child was not happy

The King Suite was definitely worth it!

The king room looked larger than expected with excellent TV's.

The last few times I've stayed they always try and slip in some room charges. Like a bottle of soda and a candy bar Ect. Normally 8-10 dollars some thing you would easly miss if you didn't ask for your receipt and look at it.
